Exiting Information

Exiting status refers to whether a child was receiving Part B or Part C services at the beginning of the reporting period but left sometime before the end of the 12-month reporting period and, if so, for what reason. It also identifies if a child who has left Part C is eligible for Part B services. These tables show the cumulative total, rather than the December 1 total because children may exit anytime during the reporting period.

Reasons children exited Part C included that they were withdrawn by parents, were not able to be contacted, moved out of state, or died.
